It's National Walking Day here at Bastrop's Official Visitor Center. This great get-outdoors-and-move-it event was sponsored by the City of Bastrop Recreation Department.

Adventure Cycling Leader Tammy Knott (c) stopped by with her cyclists.  They started in San Diego and headed to St. Augustine.  They camped-out at Buescher State Park.  Bastrop is the halfway mark on this cross-country (southern route) tour.

Her sister Elizabeth, a Texas State University grad and Administration Staffer, travelled from San Marcos to take family keepsake cap and gown photos.  Natalie is sitting next for her P.T. licensure exams.
