About the event
The Bastrop County Museum & Visitor Center is proud to participate in the Blue Star Museums program, offering free admission to active-duty military personnel and their families, including members of the National Guard and Reserves. Through this program, military families are invited to explore the museum’s galleries and special exhibits at no cost.
Free admission also includes museum programs and events covered by regular admission, including the Family Make N Take held every second Saturday of the month. The museum is honored to welcome and celebrate the families who serve our country while sharing the stories and history of Bastrop County and Texas.
