In January, the Bastrop Museum welcomed Honey & Harmony, an up-and-coming local band, for a truly memorable performance. This talented trio brought their unique blend of blues, jazz, and funk, perfectly complementing the mellow, sunny winter day.

Known for their chill, groovy vibe and talent for improvisation, the band captivated the audience with their seamless riffing and even collaborated with one of the youngest attendees to create an inspiring song about hope for the future. Adding to the magic of the day, they premiered a brand-new country-style song that showcased their versatility.

The Rambling Mystics

The Rambling Mystics is a husband/wife team of Dylan and Samantha Goldberg Blackthorn from the Bastrop area who dedicate their music to reviving storytelling and heritage. Their musical ranges from traditional tunes to original compotisitions always with a touch of humor, history and whimsy.
