About the event
The Bastrop County Museum & Visitor Center invites the community to explore the stories of Bastrop residents from the past in Fairview Cemetery on Saturday, October 3 at 3 and 4:30 PM.
Go beyond the headstones to meet some of the cemetery’s residents and hear their stories brought to life by actors. Guided by local docents, each tour introduces guests to people from Bastrop County’s past, sharing their lives, legacies, and unexpected stories.
Each tour will be limited to two groups of 15 people, making this an intimate experience blending local history, storytelling, and a touch of mystery. It’s the perfect way to reflect on the lives of Bastrop County's past and to support local history.
Guests are encouraged to reserve their tickets in advance, as space is limited.
