About the event

Bastrop County Historical Society Trustee and Treasurer Michal Hubbard returns for a special Lunch & Learn exploring the incredible women of Bastrop County during World War II. From serving on the war front to holding things together on the home front, local women met wartime challenges with courage, innovation, and unwavering optimism—leaving a lasting impact on their community and country.


Bring your lunch (we’ll provide beverages and dessert!) and gather with fellow history enthusiasts for an inspiring look at the Bastrop County women who helped shape the WWII era. Purchase your ticket here before they sell out!
