With generations of history woven into this uniquely Texan celebration, Mayor Harris will offer a personal perspective on the legacy, community, and cultural significance of these historic events.

This inspiring presentation accompanies the Bastrop County Historical Society's newest Special Exhibit, Soul Circuit: Juneteenth Rodeos in Texas, featuring a stunning collection of photographs by Sarah Bird that captures the spirit and tradition of Juneteenth Rodeos across the state.
