About the event
Celebrate the women who helped shape Bastrop County’s history at an exclusive book launch party for Bastrop Literary Knights!
Join us at the Bastrop County Museum & Visitor Center as we celebrate the remarkable legacy of the Bastrop Ladies Reading Circle and the museum they founded.
Written by local historians Glenda Dayton, Brenda Uptain, and Robbie Sanders, Bastrop Literary Knights is the culmination of 10 years of research exploring the women whose vision and dedication helped establish Bastrop’s first public library, literacy programs, Old Ferry Park, and the Bastrop County Historical Society Museum.
Discover the stories of these pioneering women and celebrate their lasting contributions to our community with fellow museum members at this special event.
This event is exclusively for museum members. RSVP today to reserve your spot!
We look forward to celebrating this important milestone with you.
